Meet the Founder
Mike Cramer (Founder & Lead Instructor)
Mike Cramer founded Service Trade Institute with a clear goal—to simplify training in the kitchen exhaust cleaning industry and make it accessible to anyone serious about building a real business.
With years of hands-on experience in exhaust cleaning, inspections, and working with NFPA standards, he recognized a major gap between traditional training and what actually happens on the job.
Instead of focusing on theory, Mike built a system based on real-world work—helping students understand how to handle jobs, stay compliant, and grow a profitable service business with confidence.
